Terms of Use

A short frame for what ClashClock is, what you can expect from it and what you cannot.

Provider

ClashClockcontact@clashclock.com

What this is

ClashClock helps you track upgrades in Clash of Clans and plan them around your offline hours. It is a private fan project and it is free.

By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

Not a Supercell service

The app is neither created by Supercell nor affiliated with or endorsed by Supercell. It follows Supercell's Fan Content Policy. Clash of Clans, all game content, names and images belong to Supercell.

This material is unofficial and is not endorsed by Supercell. For more information see Supercell's Fan Content Policy: www.supercell.com/fan-content-policy

Account

You only need an account if you want to see your villages on several devices. Everything else works the same without one.

Keeping your password to yourself is your responsibility. Please use an e-mail address that belongs to you.

The app never asks for your game credentials and does not need them.

What the app can do — and what it cannot

All times, costs and orderings are calculations based on the game files and your export. The game changes, exports go stale, and individual assumptions — about helpers, boosts or maximum levels — can be wrong. The plan is a suggestion, not a promise.

The app does not interact with the game and automates nothing. It reads what you give it and what the official API answers publicly.

Your obligations

Availability

This is a hobby project with no availability promise. The app may change, be temporarily unavailable or be discontinued. Save anything important in time via Profile → data transfer or the calendar export.

Liability

The app is provided as is, without warranty. Liability applies only for intent and gross negligence, and where the law requires it regardless.

No liability is accepted for lost game progress, gems, resources or time.

Ending it

You can stop at any time: have the account deleted, clear the local data in your browser, done. An account may be blocked if it abuses the infrastructure.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, the mandatory protective provisions of your country of residence also apply; this choice of law does not restrict them.

Changes

These terms can change. The date above says when they were last adjusted.
