Send a message
Ideas, questions and problems all land in one inbox. For a timer that ran differently from the game, choose Wrong timer. The form then asks for what I need. Never send passwords, login codes or account recovery details.
What to include for a wrong timer
A timer that differs from the game is a report I can act on when it comes with the details below. Before you write, the chapter “When a timer looks wrong” in the user guide lists the usual causes (a potion, a helper or a Gold Pass percentage that ClashClock was not told about) and shows how to correct a timer yourself.
- The upgrade's name with its current and next level, for example Town Hall 16 to 17.
- Which village it is in: Home Village or Builder Base.
- Every boost that was active when you started it: the Gold Pass percentages your game shows, a Builder or Research Potion, a snack, a helper, the Clock Tower or a returning-player bonus. The form has buttons for the Gold Pass, the Builder and Research Potions and snacks; write the rest in the message.
- What the game shows and what ClashClock shows, and when you last imported your village (the Update village row says “as of” a date).
- A screenshot of both timers helps, but the form cannot attach files. Describe what each one says, and I will ask for a picture in my reply if I need one.
- Never a password, a login code or the API token that the game shows under API Token in More Settings. ClashClock never needs any of them.
How fast replies come
ClashClock is run by one person, so a reply can take a while, and I answer as my time allows rather than to a schedule. I read every message. The reply goes to the email address you gave in the form, so check your spam folder if nothing arrives.
If the form cannot send, for example because your network has sent several messages in a short time, the address under the form works as well.
What happens to your message
The form sends your text, the topic, what you say about your device and how you use ClashClock, and the email address you give, which is required so that I can reply. The build, browser, system, window size and language shown beside the box go along only if you leave it ticked. Your IP address is not stored with the message.
The message reaches me by email, sent through Resend. A safety copy stays in the database for 30 days, or 90 days if the email could not be delivered. The email stays in my mailbox until I delete it. The privacy policy has the full list.
